Our Gluten-Free PB & J Blonde Brownies start with a buttery, vanilla-forward blonde brownie base, letting the flavors of peanut butter and fruit preserves shine. Swirls of creamy peanut butter and bright jam run through the soft, chewy crumb, creating a balance that’s sweet, nutty, and lightly tangy without being heavy.

Comforting and nostalgic, these brownies feel familiar in the best way—like a childhood favorite with a little extra care baked in. Available as unfrosted brownie bites or generously portioned brownie squares, they’re playful, cozy, and deeply satisfying. Our brownies are available in three thoughtfully portioned formats, each designed for a different kind of enjoyment.

• Brownie Bites are unfrosted and baked for easy snacking. Each batch yields smaller, bite-sized pieces that highlight the rich, fudgy crumb without added toppings

• Brownie 3"x3" Squares are generously portioned, dessert-style brownies finished with classic ermine frosting or unfrosted. These single brownie squares are meant to be enjoyed straight from the container. They’re cozy, generous, and unfussy—perfect for a quiet treat without the need for plates or forks.

• Brownie 9"x9" Pan is for gatherings or sharing. This pan of frosted or unfrosted brownies is sold whole and uncut, so you can portion them however you prefer at home.

We use a creamy ermine frosting on brownie squares because it’s a cooked, gluten-free, flour-based frosting that’s light and creamy, and well-suited to cottage food laws. It provides a smooth contrast to the rich brownie base while remaining stable at room temperature for short periods, making it a thoughtful choice for both flavor and food safety.
