Cottage Food Disclosure - All products are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to state food safety inspections. Ingredient lists and allergen information are provided for each product, and customers are responsible for reviewing them prior to purchase.
Orders & Payment - All orders must be **paid in full before baking**. Orders are prepared fresh and made-to-order.
Cancellations & Refunds - Because items are made to order, cancellations must be requested **at least 48 hours before the scheduled bake date** to be considered for a refund or credit. Orders canceled within 48 hours or after baking has begun are not eligible for refunds.
Pickup - Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the selected location and time. Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds.
Allergies & Consumption - Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts. Consumption is at the customer’s discretion. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
