Dark, robust, and distinctive, the Gluten-Free Blackstrap Brown Loaf uses blackstrap molasses and caraway seeds to evoke old-world bread traditions in gluten-free form. Its flavor is savory with sweetness from the molasses and aromatic depth from the caraway — beautiful with rich spreads, pickles, or simply toasted. Dense yet tender with a moist crumb, making it exceptional with butter, sharp cheeses, smoked fish, or as the base for open-faced sandwiches.

Our artisan gluten-free loaves are baked in a 10" × 5" loaf pan and hold up beautifully, whether you prefer thin (¼") slices for toast or sandwiches, or heartier (⅜") slices for open-faced meals and soups.

You may purchase individual sample slices — choose two ¼" slices or one ⅜" slice — to explore the texture and crumb of each loaf before committing to a whole loaf. Full loaves are available as half loaves or whole loaves, with whole loaves yielding approximately 26–40 slices, depending on thickness.
