Loaded with flax, chia, hemp, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds, this Gluten-Free Super Seedy Loaf marries rich texture with a tender, approachable crumb. It’s hearty enough to hold up to butter, cheese, and spreads — yet soft enough to enjoy on its own or lightly toasted. Seeds are evenly incorporated, so every slice is balanced and interesting.

Loaded with protein-rich seeds and whole-grain flours, this loaf offers lasting nourishment without sacrificing texture. Even with its abundance of seeds, the crumb stays soft, tender, and beautifully balanced—never dense or dry. It slices easily, whether thin for crisp toast or thick for a more substantial bite, and is delicious topped with butter or avocado, or used as the foundation for open-faced sandwiches and nourishing snacks. This is a loaf that works hard and eats beautifully.

Our artisan gluten-free loaves are baked in a 10" × 5" loaf pan and hold up beautifully, whether you prefer thin (¼") slices for toast or sandwiches, or heartier (⅜") slices for open-faced meals and soups.

You may purchase individual sample slices — choose two ¼" slices or one ⅜" slice — to explore the texture and crumb of each loaf before committing to a whole loaf. Full loaves are available as half loaves or whole loaves, with whole loaves yielding approximately 26–40 slices depending on thickness.
