Our Gluten-Free Sunny Oat Loaf is where comfort meets hearty nutrition. Packed with sunflower seeds and hints of honey, it was designed to taste like the offspring of a honey oat and a seeded loaf — soft, satisfying, and protein-rich.

Packed with sunflower seeds and protein-rich grains, this loaf offers real staying power thanks to its naturally nourishing ingredients. The crumb is soft and tender, with just enough texture to remind you it’s doing its job. It slices beautifully, whether thin for toast or thick for a heartier bite, and is delicious topped with butter or avocado, or enjoyed as a grounding, everyday bread you’ll keep coming back to.

Our artisan gluten-free loaves are baked in a 10" × 5" loaf pan and hold up beautifully, whether you prefer thin (¼") slices for toast or sandwiches, or heartier (⅜") slices for open-faced meals and soups.

You may purchase individual sample slices — choose two ¼" slices or one ⅜" slice — to explore the texture and crumb of each loaf before committing to a whole loaf. Full loaves are available as half loaves or whole loaves, with whole loaves yielding approximately 26–40 slices, depending on thickness.
