Our artisan gluten-free loaves are baked in a 10" × 5" loaf pan and hold up beautifully, whether you prefer thin (¼") slices for toast or sandwiches, or heartier (⅜") slices for open-faced meals and soups.

Whole loaves and half loaves are both available. Each whole loaf yields approximately 26–40 slices, depending on your slice thickness. You may purchase individual sample slices — choose two ¼" slices or one ⅜" slice — to explore the texture and crumb of each loaf before committing to a whole loaf.
