Refund Policy
Because all items are made to order and baked after payment is received, all sales are final once baking has begun. Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled bake date may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.
Orders canceled within 48 hours of the bake date, or after baking has started, are not eligible for refunds. If you are unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate, though refunds cannot be guaranteed.
In the rare event of an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of pickup so we can make it right where possible.
