FAQs

  • Subscriptions are ideal for:

    • Households that eat bread weekly

    • Gluten-free customers who want consistent access

    • Anyone who loves routine, ritual, and not having to reorder

Is this flexible enough for travel or busy seasons?

Yes. The pause and skip options make subscriptions adaptable to real life.

  • What is a bread subscription?
A bread subscription is a recurring order that reserves your bread in advance. Your loaf is baked fresh (each week, every other week, or monthly) and set aside for pickup or delivery, so you never have to reorder or worry about sell-outs.

    How often do subscriptions renew?
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the option you select).

    Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contract is required. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription according to the policies below.

Why are subscriptions priced lower than one-time-purchase loaves?
Subscriptions allow us to plan bakes more efficiently, which helps us offer better pricing for committed members.

  • What do I receive with my subscription?
    Each subscription includes:

    • One half or whole loaf per delivery (based on your plan)

    • Freshly baked bread made after payment

    • Rotating seasonal flavors or your selected favorite

    • A free bonus loaf during 5-week months

Can I get two half loaves instead of one whole loaf?
Yes. You may choose two half loaves instead of one whole loaf, and they may be different flavors.

    Do subscribers get priority?
Yes. Subscription members receive priority baking and guaranteed availability each week.

  • When will I be charged for my subscription?
Subscription billing occurs automatically before baking begins.

Weekly: Billed every week on the same weekday as your start date
Bi-Weekly: Billed every other week on the same weekday as your start date
Monthly: Billed on a fixed calendar day each month (ex: the 1st)

What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment doesn’t go through, Squarespace will attempt to retry. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may pause until updated.

Will I be charged during skipped weeks?
No. If you pause or skip a week before the cutoff, you will not be charged for that cycle.

Will I be billed during baker breaks or planned pauses?
No. Planned baking breaks or holidays are announced in advance, and billing is adjusted accordingly.

Can I change my billing date?
No. Billing dates are tied to your subscription start date and cannot be manually changed. If you need a different billing rhythm, you may cancel and re-subscribe on a date that better fits your needs.

  • Where do I pick up my subscription bread?
Subscription pickup locations and times are consistent each week and listed on the subscriptions page and in your confirmation emails.

Can someone else pick up my bread for me?
Yes. You’re welcome to send a friend or family member to pick up your order.

Can I change my pickup location or delivery preference?
Changes can be made with advance notice before the weekly cutoff, subject to availability.

Do subscriptions qualify for local delivery?
Yes, subscriptions are eligible for local delivery within the designated radius. Delivery details and fees are listed separately.

  • Can I pause or skip a week?
Yes. You may pause or skip a delivery with advance notice before the weekly cutoff time. Cutoff time is Monday evening each week.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be managed through your customer account dashboard. If you need assistance, you may also contact us directly. Text 404-316-8071. We will respond as soon as possible.

    Is there a cancellation fee?
No. There are no cancellation fees, but cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Which day of the month is your billing cycle set to?
No. There are no cancellation fees, but cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

  • What happens if I miss my pickup?
Because bread is baked fresh for you, missed pickups are not refundable. Please arrange pickup or delivery in advance if you’re unavailable.
